The Bill Hero Subscriber Portal lets you set your GreenPower preferences so they’ll be auto-applied in your comparisons.
The portal is available at https://portal.billhero.com.au or via the 'account' icon in the main Bill Hero website menu.
Sign in to the Subscriber Portal using your personal email address, then click the green 'Update Preferences' button.
You'll see a popup window where you can set preferences for Green Rating, Green Power, as well as your Bothered Threshold.
You can choose to set your GreenPower preference at 10%, 20%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%.
Your GreenPower preference will then be auto-applied to any future comparison results that you open.
Tip: Be aware that not all retailers offer GreenPower, so when you apply a GreenPower preference, you will not be shown plans from any non-Greenppower retailers. Also, not every GreenPower retailer supports all the possible proportions of GreenPower. When you pe-select a %, only those plans that are offered with that % GreenPower will be displayed.
