What happens if the Guaranteed savings are not achieved?
If you're already on a competitive plan, or if the market has moved to rates higher than the rates in the bill being compared for you, we may not be able to beat the Savings Guarantee.
If that happens to you, the system will automatically notify you and offer you the option to either cancel immediately for a full refund or keep the subscription active and receive a bonus free extension of your subscription period.
What about lifetime subscriptions?
We've recently introduced our new Lifetime Subscription, featuring a single one-time payment that covers your Bill Hero subscription fees forever.
We don't currently offer the Savings Guarantee on a Lifetime subscription.
